We want you to glow with confidence, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your order details inside the parcel.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
